Ms Magda Słomska

Magda Słomska is a counsel in Dentons’ Warsaw office and a member of Employment and Labor practice group. She specializes in individual and collective labor law and HR law.
She has many years of experience in planning and carrying out individual and group layoffs, employer restructurings and reorganizations, as well as voluntary departure programs. She supports clients in difficult cases of terminating employment contracts.
In cooperation with tax advisors, she designs and implements employment and remuneration schemes for employees and the self-employed (b2b).
She advises clients in local and cross-border transactions involving the transfer of an enterprise – she drafts and negotiates employee transfer agreements as part of transaction documentation. Magda handles customs matters involving unequal treatment and sexual harassment, serves on internal anti-bias committees as an outside expert. She handles numerous employment litigation matters and advises on the process of creating corporate documentation.
