Position
Philippa is an associate at Dentons. She works closely with the corporate advisory team, regularly assisting with the reviewing of commercial agreements on various matters. She also assists foreign clients wishing to work, live or invest in Mauritius. She guides clients throughout each and every stage i.e. from the incorporation of domestic companies, to the opening of bank accounts, as well as assisting in obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.
