An Associate (FCILEx) in the Corporate team, Ruth is engaging, approachable and works closely with her clients. With a keen eye for detail Ruth is extremely accurate and precise with her work.

Ruth specialises in invoice finance and refinance including acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Assisting invoice financiers, asset-based lenders and lenders with providing finance securely, she enjoys the intricate and varied challenges that come with this specialist area of law.

She also advises on non-contentious corporate restructuring matters and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Corporate Insolvency.
