Ruth specialises in invoice finance and refinance including acquisition finance and asset-based lending. Assisting invoice financiers, asset-based lenders and lenders with providing finance securely, she enjoys the intricate and varied challenges that come with this specialist area of law.
She also advises on non-contentious corporate restructuring matters and has a Certificate of Proficiency in Corporate Insolvency.
