Sian is Partner in our Corporate team. Sian advises on a variety of matters including acquisitions and sales, re-structures, management buyouts and investments. Sian also advises lenders and financiers on asset-based lending matters.

Highly motivated, calm and approachable, Sian makes difficult processes understandable, with clear and concise advice and guidance.

Committed to ensuring the firm continues to be a modern, exciting and innovative place to work, Sian co-founded the PDT Future Leaders group, which hosts seminars for local young professionals and meets on a regular basis to work on projects to future proof the firm.

Sian was awarded ‘South East Young Lawyer of the Year‘ at the Insider Young Professional Awards 2023.

Sian’s achievements are phenomenal. She has shown herself to be not only an excellent corporate lawyer, working on many of our most significant and complex transactions, but also a spearhead for driving change at PDT where she is an elected member of the Firm’s management steering group ‘the HUB’.

Sian Webber – Cripps

Based in Tunbridge Wells, the corporate and commercial team at Cripps regularly assists with cross-border mandates across a range of industries. The team is headed up by corporate law lead Julie Hughes, who handles healthcare and childcare instructions, and commercial law lead Kathryn Rogers, whose clients include digital media and data management agencies. Leading the growing private equity offering is Salim Somjee, who has experience in M&A, crowdfunding and capital markets work. ‘Go-to partner’ Helen Garner is a ‘star’ and also noted for her capital markets expertise. Expanding the firm’s presence in the insurance broking M&A space are James Beatton and Lowri Jones. Nigel Stanford leads on advertising, media and technology related matters. In early 2024, the firm merged with Horsham-based firm PDT Solicitors, which added the expertise of Noel Ruddy, Rebecca Glazebrook, Ian Lindley and Sian Webber.
