Tiffany joined the firm as a Chartered Legal Executive in October 2022 working in the Dispute Resolution department, alongside William Angus, Ben Ashworth, Justin McConville and Gail Morris, assisting on insolvency, debt recovery and commercial and contractual disputes.
Tiffany was awarded a first class LLB (hons) degree at UWE Bristol University and qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive July 2022. Tiffany joins PDT following invaluable experience at Lovetts Solicitors, which she worked at for over 6 years and previously working at Mortimer Clarke Solicitors.
Tiffany is extremely hard working and strives to provide an excellent service for her clients, taking into consideration the clients commercial position which is vital in Litigation matters. Tiffany recognises that in Litigation matters, there is not always one route and therefore understands the importance of evaluating the options available to the client before taking the next step.
