Position

Partner and head of the private client team.  Vivienne advises high net worth individuals on their estate and succession planning, in particular those with significant business interests or those who are high earning professionals, dealing with all their will and trust requirements and advising on asset protection and UK inheritance tax.

Vivienne has recently moved back to Yorkshire and is working once again with renowned accountants and financial advisers in the region on technically demanding estate planning work involving inheritance tax planning, wills with complex structures and trusts. 

Having previously had a successful career in legal education, Vivienne is passionate about ongoing professional development and regularly presents to other professionals on estate and succession planning.
