He has coordinated several independent investigations for listed companies involving several jurisdictions, and assisted in risk assessment related to anti-corruption legislation in corporate transactions. Jose Augusto also works in governmental, regulatory and compliance matters related to the implementation of infrastructure projects – especially ports and terminals – as well as of the oil and gas sector in Brazil.
