Her practice areas include corporate, mergers & acquisitions (M&A), antitrust and unfair competition, consumer defense and commercial loyalty. She has in-depth experience assisting local and foreign clients of the firm in corporate matters. She provides frequent advice to clients developing businesses in Argentina and takes part actively in merger & acquisition proceedings. In addition, she daily advises clients in merger control and investigation proceedings before the Argentine Competition Commission.

She also worked as foreign associate at Gómez-Acebo & Pombo Abogados SLP (Barcelona, Spain, 2015) in corporate and antitrust practice areas.
