Mr. Ostrager is Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate Department and Chair of the firm’s Securities Practice Group and Opinions Committee. He represents public and private company clients in a range of transactions, including equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and debt restructurings. He also counsels public companies on corporate governance, securities law compliance and executive compensation matters. In addition, Mr. Ostrager advises private equity and investment funds in buyouts and investor rights matters.
