Fernando Rissoli Lobo Filho handles advisory and litigation cases involving public law (i.e., administrative law), infrastructure and compliance. He has extensive experience in public procurement and administrative contracts, public utility concessions and private-public partnerships (PPPs), granting of use rights and sale of public areas, among other related matters. He advises local and international clients on regulatory matters, mainly those involving ports, airports, roads, railways and basic sanitation. Fernando engages in the defense of clients’ interests and/or in the defense of clients in public civil actions, class actions, civil actions related to administrative misconduct, motions for writ of mandamus, among other legal measures, and also practices in administrative proceedings before the Public Prosecutor’s Offices, Budget Oversight Boards and other control agencies.
