She represents local and international clients in various types of transactions in the sectors of communications, media & entertainment and technology, in matters involving intellectual property and data protection. She is qualified to practice law in Brazil and New York and has extensive experience in coordinating multi-jurisdictional deals for U.S. lawyers and clients.

Tania has experience in contract negotiations involving intellectual property rights, data protection and information technology aspects, having participated in the implementation of privacy programs in a wide variety of sectors. She worked for many years with mergers and acquisitions, corporate and contract law, and has the ability to move easily through all these areas of law.
