​He represents local and foreign clients in several tax matters, from both consultive and litigious areas, involving all governmental spheres (federal, state and municipal). Rodrigo acts before the main administrative and judicial courts in the country in relevant disputes with the tax authorities, having provided consultancy to several clients in projects that range from obtaining tax benefits, recovering tax credits and analyzing the most efficient tax structure. It advises clients from a variety of sectors, such as oil and gas, retail, shipping, electricity and highway concessionaires, industries and service providers linked to the health, education and construction sectors, among others.
