Principal Associate Ellie Brown is an experienced employment lawyer at Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP. She is a senior member of the Eversheds Sutherland Employment Tribunal Litigation Team. Ellie regularly advises clients in relation to complex multi-day litigation including mediation and alternative resolution in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. Ellie has a particular interest in utilising technology to enhance her litigation practice providing added value to clients.

In addition, Ellie has specific experience advising clients within the Life Sciences, Consumer and Education Sectors on a range of non -contentious employment law areas including complex disciplinary and grievance scenarios, senior exit strategies and the enforcement of restrictive covenants, a wide range of industrial relations issues including collective bargaining and industrial action and strategic issues arising from restructuring projects.
