Anisha is a principal associate in our tax group and specialises in the real estate tax sector. She advises on all aspects of direct and indirect taxation, and has worked on a wide range of corporate, direct and indirect real estate transactions, including sale, acquisition and winding up of Jersey property unit trusts and other foreign property holding structures, forward funding transactions, acquisition, development and sale of student accommodation and build to rent. Anisha has acted for private equity investors, real estate funds (such as REITs) and property developers on high value and complex projects. She has a keen interest in the securitisation of rental income, and continues to work with institutional investors and private equity funds investing in such financial products.
