Vanessa is a Senior Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group based in the Nottingham office.

Vanessa deals with all aspects of employment law. Vanessa advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including reviewing and drafting employment contracts, policies and procedures, advising on business reorganisations and handling tribunal claims for unfair dismissal, wrongful dismissal, sex, race and disability discrimination. Vanessa works with both public sector and private sector clients. Vanessa has advised a local authority client on multiple cases brought against it under the Equal Pay Act and has recently assisted on the employment aspects of a large international share acquisition for a private sector client.
