Position

Sean Wang is a partner in the Project Development & Finance Group of Shearman & Sterling located in the Shanghai office. Sean Wang concentrates in cross-border corporate and financial transactions in Asia, the Middle East, the US and other jurisdictions, particularly those relating to the development and financing of large infrastructure projects in the power, water, oil, gas, petrochemicals and renewable energy industries. As an attorney qualified in both China and New York, he advises clients including financial institutions, sovereign governments and state-owned enterprises in a wide range of areas, including project finance, structured finance, joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions.
