Isabella Porchia is a Counsel in the Milan office. She specializes in equity and debt capital markets deals, public company representation, corporate law, financial regulation and equity derivatives.

Her practice focuses primarily on corporate finance, including equity and debt capital markets offerings, company representation, corporate law, general securities law and financial regulatory matters and equity derivatives. Ms. Porchia has considerable experience representing public and private companies, investment banks and investment funds on a wide range of public and private domestic and cross-border transactions.


Prior to joining Latham & Watkins in 2008, Ms. Porchia was an associate in the Capital Markets Department of Gianni Origoni Grippo Cappelli & Partners.
