Lucila Guerrero works on general Commercial Law, and specializes on aeronautical and insurance matters.

In aeronautical matters, she advises local and international airlines, in regulatory and contractual matters, designs and implements legal defenses against passenger claims or administrative claims from different State agencies.

Regarding her insurance practice, Lucila provides advice to insurance companies, brokers and agents in the commercial and regulatory aspects of their insurance business. Additionally, she advises other industries in due diligence processes in matters of insurance and claims for insured events.

Career

Ms. Lucila Guerrero joined the Firm in 2006 as a paralegal. After graduating, with honors, in 2008, she was promoted to an associate position in PAGBAM, continuing her work within the Corporate Law department.

She is member of the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and the Institute of Insurance Law “Isaac Halperin”.

Education

She graduated, with honors, as a lawyer from the Argentine Catholic University in 2008. She also received in 2007 the Academic Excellence Award awarded by the Buenos Aires City Bar Association.

Additionally, she assisted to the Postgraduate Interdisciplinary Program on Aeronautical Law at the Argentine Catholic University (2016) and other aeronautical seminars:
