Sónia is an associate in our Commercial and Employment practices.

She advises domestic and multinational clients across different industries, with a focus on luxury retail, entertainment, and hospitality. Her experience includes advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including market entry structuring, company formation, corporate governance, agency and distribution contracts, shopping mall grants of right of use and franchises.

In her employment practice, Sónia’s experience includes advising on employment policies and contracts, secondment agreements, as well as compensation and benefits.
