Clients seek his guidance when they need to untangle complex regulatory knots that require in-depth knowledge of Philippine regulatory and bureaucratic frameworks.

He holds landmark Supreme Court victories in the fields of commercial, regulatory, election, and intellectual property law. Representative matters include nullifying the legislative Pork Barrel (PDAF); establishing landmark doctrines for International Trademarks; nullifying restrictive regulations on foreign contractors; successfully enforcing a $25 Million Arbitral award against a domestic conglomerate; and advocacy before an international tribunal on a matter involving approximately $1.6 Billion.

He has been involved in some of the most challenging legislative and judicial reform projects in the Philippines and has served as a technical consultant for senators, congressmen, regulators, economic zones, and other government interests.

In 2013, the Philippine Supreme Court commended him for “expertise, competence and invaluable service”. He was chosen as a Member of the High Court’s Expert Panel on the Revised Rules of Civil Procedure. Mr. Molo has been cited on multiple occasions as one of the Philippine’s Top 100 Lawyers by a leading regional publication.
