• Provided advice to a US leading manufacturer of chemical intermediates regarding alternative of corporate presence in Thailand including regulatory compliance.
• Provided legal advice to a Chinese supply chain management company for its business in Thailand, assisting with the implementation in obtaining the necessary licenses including assisting with tax audit support.
• Provided legal advice to a Chinese company on its financial project in Thailand.
• Assisted a leading Chinese forklift manufacturer, an OEM home appliance, an electronics equipment manufacturer listed in Taiwan Stock Exchange on market entry advisory and implementation in Thailand.
• Assisted a Taiwan listed company manufacturing and distribution of computer peripheral products and non-computer peripheral products on market entry advisory and implementation including reviewing the relevant agreements related to their business in Thailand.
• Assisted a Chinese company in conducting legal due diligence for on a Thai company for the purpose of its future hotel business operation in Thailand.
