Ahmad Rashed is an Egyptian qualified attorney with over of 15 years of experience in handling complex, cross-border litigation in commercial, corporate, tax, real estate, and employment areas. During his years of experience Ahmad has advised and represented many of the most prestigious international and multinational companies that work in a large scale of industries, including but not limited to aviation, pharmaceutical, construction, banking, oil and gas, tourism, and FMCG in high-value claims and disputes before Egyptian courts. Ahmad also effectively advises and represents our clients in out-of-court settlements.

Rashed has also successfully advised and represented our clients before the Egyptian Competition Authority in anti-trust related matters and investigations, in addition to participating in several multi-jurisdictional assessments made for major M&As projects, and he has also advised major international the automotive sector in more than 35 post-mergers filing before the Egyptian competition Authority for multi-million-dollar transactions.

Rashed has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of commercial, distribution, and agency agreements, particularly in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. Rashed also advises clients on corporate, trade legislation, competition, taxes, and employment matters, and he effectively work in aviation and has advised our clients on the leasing, selling, registration, and de-registration of more than 20 aircrafts in Egypt.
