Position
A costs lawyer and former barristers’ clerk, Mark has considerable experience in a wide range of legal costs issues. He has acted on behalf of many local government authorities and major institutions during the course of his career and has attended many detailed assessment hearings, particularly in the Senior Court Costs Office and also in the Supreme Court.
Mark also deals with costs budgeting work and high value and complex commercial disputes both nationally and internationally
