He acts for banks, non-bank financial institutions and borrowers on a range of matters relating to general lending, syndicated lending and refinancing of existing loans. Payments: He actively advises clients on all payment services related matters including matters on digital payment tokens. The clients he has advised include payment service providers, including persons who provide digital payment token services.

Financial Regulation:

His financial regulation practice includes advising on regulatory and compliance related matters on capital markets products, financial advisory services, commodities and moneylending. Funds: He advises fund managers on a range of matters relating to funds including fund formation and application for fund management licences. He also advises on requirements on different fund structures, including funds formed as Variable Capital Companies in Singapore.

Private Wealth:

His private wealth practice involves advising clients on structuring their family offices and advising on and applying for tax exemptions from the Monetary Authority of Singapore.
