Ifeoma is a Managing Associate in the Firm’s Corporate & Commercial Practice department. She routinely advises on corporate finance, corporate restructuring, mergers & acquisition, project finance and capital markets.

She provides legal support to clients on company secretarial, corporate governance, competition and regulatory compliance. She is also involved in structuring tax-efficient structures for clients.

She has an extensive background in dispute resolution and finance, which have been advantageous in balancing the demands of law and business in negotiations and legal documentation.

Ifeoma is a capital market operator, a graduate of the Corporate Finance Institute and a member of the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.

Leisure

In my leisure time, i find relaxion in keeping abreast with legal developments and financial market trends. When not immersed in reading, you would find me spending time outdoors.
