Career
Önder Kutay Şeker has expertise in tax law, IT law and protection of personal data. He represents clients in all kinds of administrative and criminal cases within the scope of Turkish tax law practice. Besides providing legal consultancy to a number of public accountancy and audit companies, Önder Kutay Şeker is also an expert in the fields of internet law, e-commerce and licensing agreements. He assists clients in drafting end user agreements and performing compliance projects on data protection regulations.
Kutay is a Partner in OUB’s Non-Contentious Issues practice group and is the first point of contact for all inquiries and requests on tax matters, data protection and privacy, and e-commerce and IT law-related issues.
