Salvatore has experience in assisting and advising both Italian and international clients on a variety of regulatory issues. He is specialised in banking, financial, general corporate and company law.

He gained a significant expertise on assisting the incorporation, authorization and organization procedures and on private M&A transactions of banks, financial intermediaries, fund managers and public and private company.

He provides ongoing assistance to issuers and intermediaries with reference to information to the market, their services to clients, public offerings and delisting operations, advising regulated and non-regulated entities with reference to corporate governance and shareholders issues.

He is a PhD Candidate in Financial Market Law and Regulation at Rome Second University “Tor Vergata”.

He has a strong economic background, thanks to his additional Master’s Degree in Business Consulting and Auditing.

He is Assistant Professor in European Business Law at LUISS – Guido Carli University in Rome, studying and writing especially on alternative finance issues at European level.

Salvatore graduated in law (J.D., summa cum laude) from LUISS – Guido Carli University in Rome.

Salvatore is of Italian mother tongue and he speaks fluent English and basic Chinese
