As an Associate of Akhtar Imam and Associates, Mr Darras Abdullah regularly handles Company law cases inclduing shareholder-management disputes, alteration of objects clause, reduction fo share capital, etc, judicial review matters, corporate advisory work, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts and Labour and Employment matters. Prior to joining the firm, he acquired experience at Tanjib Alam and Associates, a leading corporate set. After being called to the Bar of England and Wales, Darras worked at Miya Solicitors in London on cases involving family law and negligence.
