2) Cum-Ex Scandal: Co defense counsel of a former CEO of an international bank for more than 2 years in the German criminal investigation relating to the allegation of aiding and abetting tax evasion.

3) Cum-Ex Scandal: Co defense counsel of a UK citizen who was a former broker of one of the biggest broker houses worldwide and who is a key witness in the German cum-ex proceedings.

4) Dieselgate: Co-defense counsel of an IT-specialist of a global German car manufacturer in the German criminal investigation relating to the allegation of fraud.

5) White-Collar Defense: Defense counsel of a senior manager of a global German car manufacturer relating to the allegations of infringement of trade and copyright secrets.

6) White-Collar Defense: Defense counsel of a managing director of a machine manufacturer relating to allegations of infringement of trade and copyright secrets as well as fraud.

7) Industrial Accident: Defense counsel of an architect relating to alleged involuntary manslaughter following a fatal accident on a major construction site.

 8) Compliance: Compliance advisor of a German supplier to the automotive industry and of a municipal teaching hospital regarding the optimization of their compliance system as well as day-to-day compliance matters.
