Director of the litigation practice group. His area of expertise is litigation and conflict resolution in general, advising clients in various types of negotiations, and civil, commercial, bankruptcy and criminal procedures entertained before both ordinary and arbitration courts. He has participated in various bankruptcy (liquidation) procedures and/or composition agreements (reorganizations) before various courts.

Previously a partner at EY Chile within the context of the Joint Venture between IBS Abogados and EY; and subsequently with IBS Abogados Limitada.

He held the position of Professor of Procedural Law for more than 15 years at the School of Law of Universidad Diego Portales.

Member of the Advisory Committee appointed by the Ministry of Finance in 2009, instance entrusted with generating an amendment draft bill to modify the Law on Bankruptcy and Bankruptcy Proceedings.
