Career

Rossana Chu has been practising in law for more than 26 years.  She is known for her expertise across mergers and acquisitions (including takeovers and privatizations of Hong Kong listed companies, cross-border acquisitions and disposals of private companies and businesses/assets, private equity investments), capital markets, corporate financing, asset management, fund formation, corporate restructuring, debt restructuring, family offices and wealth management, ESG and sustainability, legal and regulatory compliance matters for Hong Kong-listed companies, and employment legal issues.

Rossana represents multi-national and Chinese corporations, securities firms, banks, funds clients, families and individuals, as well as non-profit-making organisations in their domestic and overseas financial and commercial legal matters.

She is also an affiliate member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants of the United Kingdom.
