After several years working in a Spanish top-tier law firm, Santiago joined Hogan Lovells to continue advising companies on data protection / privacy (including the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation), intellectual property and IT contracts, information society services and e-commerce, e-signature, audiovisual and telecom regulations, as well as on business transactions / corporate matters related to the foregoing and issues related to the Internet, personal rights, consumers and users, and advertising. In addition, Santiago brings experience in assisting local and international companies before the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the National Commission on Markets and Competition, and the Spanish National and Supreme Courts. He also spends time helping nonprofit organizations to implement their projects with reference to the matters above.
