David’s clients come from a range of sectors, including start-ups, tech firms, retail and financial institutions. He advises on a full range of employment law issues including redundancies and terminations of employment, reviewing and drafting of employment contracts, employee handbook, bonus policies etc, leading regional employment law projects across all major Asia Pacific jurisdictions, grievance and disciplinary matters and data privacy.

He has particular experience advising on employment disputes and recently assisted a client to settle a Labour Tribunal claim brought by its former senior employee in relation to his termination payments.
