Diversity
As a law firm founded by a Muslim Emirati lady we are committed to equality. Our firm comprises nationals from various ethnic and religious backgrounds from the United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Egypt, Lebanon, Philippines, India and the United Kingdom.
Externally the firm is pleased to take on Pro Bono work where the opportunity arises. These are more frequently employment cases for individuals, but we have also assisted with a debt claim for a company in significant financial difficulties.
Internally, we seek to providing continuing education for all employees and operate an open promotion policy allowing employees to grow and develop “work their way up” and encourage their professional development. The firm truly believes that employees who are given training and educational opportunities are happier and more productive.
The firm also has an internship policy, where students or newly qualified lawyers have come to the firm for a period of weeks or months in order to gain first-hand experience of working for a local law firm on local court cases or arbitrations, giving them, we hope a window onto the profession, practical experience and a helping hand at a formative stage of their legal career.
