Partner and head of the Leeds clinical negligence team of Irwin Mitchell. Acted for the former patients of Dr Kerr and Dr Haslam in the government-ordered inquiry into how the NHS managed complaints about sexual abuse. Has represented hundreds of patients injured in medical accidents. Specialist areas include surgical and brain-injured children.
