Position
Ben joined the team in 2015, and was made up to Senior Associate in February 2020. His focus is on the private company space and acts on a wide range of domestic and international transactions, including M&A, venture capital and private equity investments, joint ventures and reorganisations.
Career
Ben works closely alongside head of the London Corporate team, Bryan Bletso, being a main point of contact for key clients including Bought by Many Ltd, named the fastest growing private insurtech company in the UK in 2018 , and 2 Excel Aviation Limited, an innovative aviation business.
Ben has a particular focus on the Technology and Real Estate (notably strategic land) sectors.
