Advised Carlsberg UK Limited on the acquisition of London Fields Brewery. Advised Lifetime Brands, Inc on several acquisitions, including the acquisition of a leading UK-based supplier of tableware and the subsequent acquisition of one of the UK’s leading suppliers of kitchenware. Advised a waste and recycling group with US private investment on its growth by acquisition.
