Irene Polydorou is a qualified lawyer. She completed her LL.B degree at the University of Essex in the United Kingdom and later obtained a Master of Laws in International Trade Law from the same institution. In 2016, Irene was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association.

After completing her pupillage at the Law Office of the Republic of Cyprus in November of 2016, Irene joined the LLPO law firm in 2020. Since joining LLPO, Irene has been heavily involved in corporate matters, including the registration of companies, consulting clients on the structural body and administration of a company and providing legal advice on structuring and restructuring. She has also been responsible for the incorporation of companies in various jurisdictions, including the UAE and for opening bank accounts abroad, also in the UAE. Irene is involved in daily transactions and collaborates with banks and clients on a regular basis in the course of her work.
