Georgia Lavithi is a real estate lawyer. Born in Nicosia in 1989, Georgia earned her Bachelor’s degree in Law and Master’s in Law (Commercial Law LLM), both with (Hons), from the University of Huddersfield in the United Kingdom. She was admitted to the Cyprus Bar Association in 2013.

Georgia’s expertise in real estate, corporate and immigration law both in Cyprus and internationally make her an invaluable asset to her clients. Her experience includes drafting and reviewing various corporate agreements regarding immovable properties, providing legal assistance on corporate law matters and assisting many foreign purchasers buying property in Cyprus.

Georgia completed her pupilage at M. Stamataris & Associates LLC before joining LLPO Law Firm in 2021. Since then, she has been involved in all aspects of real estate, corporate and immigration law. She is also an accredited mediator to the Ministry of Justice and Public Order for both tort and commercial disputes, as well as to the Cyprus Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (ADR).
