Career
Juha Pekka Katainen takes a lead role and provides counsel to senior company management in complex commercial disputes and investigations. He has longstanding experience in technology, telecommunications and finance sector assignments. In addition, Juha Pekka advises domestic and international companies in large-scale commercial transactions such as outsourcing and transformation projects as well as project deliveries. Juha Pekka heads Krogerus’ Compliance, Investigation and Corporate Offences practice and serves as chair of the firm’s board.
