Luigi Arturo Bianchi is a full professor of corporate law at the Università Luigi Bocconi of Milan and has significant experience in corporate transactions. Career

Founding Partner of Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, former president of CAFRA, a multidisciplinary research centre at the Bocconi University, he has been the main speaker at various conferences and seminars of both Italian and foreign universities, institutions and research centres. In addition, he is the author of numerous monographs and articles published in legal journals and collective works.
