Career

Miha joined ŠELIH & PARTNERJI Law Firm in 2015 and soon joined the firm’s real estate department. He has assisted in several major transactions, covering due diligence work as well as drafting share or asset-purchase agreements and negotiating material warranties and indemnities, construction contracts, and lease agreements. Miha has gained a wide range of experience in all aspects of real estate and construction and has become one of the core members of the firm’s real estate and construction practice. He is also a qualified FIDIC Contract Specialist and was promoted to Partner in 2021.
