Career

Tine Seehausen provides advice within terms of employment and working conditions and is the head of the company’s employment law team.

In 2007, Tine Seehausen acquired a master in VAT and indirect taxes and with basis in this, she has achieved specialist expertise in VAT and tax legislation with a special emphasis on trade with real estate and preparation of property projects.

In our M&A team, Tine Seehausen is often in charge of arranging and completing the due diligence process on the side of both the purchaser and seller.

Finally, due to her MSc in Economics and accounting, Tine Seehausen works with insolvency law, including the practical handling of reconstructions and bankruptcy with the management of avoidance proceedings.

Tine Seehausen is a member of the executive board of Focus Advokater LLP.
