aúl Boo is a partner in the Employment Practice Area of Uría Menéndez. He has managed the employment team in Valencia since 2012.

Raúl has a great deal of experience in advising on employment-related issues in national and international mergers and acquisitions, private equity and corporate restructuring transactions.

He specialises in the employment aspects of real estate transactions, particularly the sale and purchase of hotels, residential facilities, office buildings and shopping centres.

He also regularly advises on contract terminations in bankruptcy situations, collective relocations, collective redundancies and suspensions of employment.

Raúl also represents clients in court and negotiates out-of-court settlements.
