Career

David Vilches joined Uría Menéndez as counsel in January 2023 after 12 years at the Spanish Tax Agency. He is currently on a leave of absence from his position as a state tax inspector. David has been head of the tax inspection team for Catalonia, the head of the inspection team for international tax at the Spanish Tax Agency, as well as a member of Spain’s delegation to the OECD.
