Roschier‘s finance and restructuring team is reputed for its depth of experience in lending and debt capital markets transactional work and financial restructurings. The group is engaged by banks active in the Nordics, large Nordic corporates, and international and Nordic private equity, real estate, infrastructure and private debt investors. Areas of expertise include project financing transactions in relation to the energy sector, especially green energy project work, which is co-head Jonne Järvi‘s specialty. Co-head Johannes Ahti advises on event-driven financings, refinancing issues, and financial restructurings with a focus on leveraged, corporate, real estate, and infrastructure finance mandates, and ‘excels within his areas of expertise’.
