Position

Pedro Pardal Goulão provides consultancy in all areas of labour law, concerning both individual and collective employment relationships. He also provides legal assistance in sports issues and social security matters. Acting on behalf of domestic and foreign clients, he has participated in several legal due diligence and corporate restructuring processes, advising on the acquisition and sale of companies and business areas. He acts as legal counsel for several clients on labour litigation.
Pedro Pardal Goulão also collaborates with the Africa Team – an internal structure that guarantees, on a permanent basis, and in close cooperation with the member firms of the Morais Leitão Legal Circle, personalised day-to-day assistance to clients on matters that involve or are related to the jurisdictions of the African Portuguese speaking countries – in which he regularly assists clients in the labour area.
