Mikko’s practice focuses on public and private M&A, equity issues and general securities regulation. He also provides advice regarding governance matters to corporations and their boards. In addition, Mikko has also advised many industrial and technology companies in their acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and licensing transactions. Mikko is entrusted with various non-executive board memberships and is acting as the secretary for boards of directors in various public and private companies.
Mikko is a frequent speaker in lectures at university courses and seminars and has published articles on corporate and securities law topics.
Mikko is a member of the Finnish Bar Association and also qualified to practice in the State of New York.
