He has advised employers in several high-profile landmark cases in general and specialised courts, including the Labour Court, the European Court of Justice and the Finnish Supreme Court.

Joined Dittmar & Indrenius 1992, Partner 2002. Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius Mr. Uoti worked at Employers’ Federation of the Finnish Metal Industry, qualified as a judge in 1990.
