Partner Hanna-Mari Manninen heads Dittmar & Indrenius’ Corporate Advisory & Sustainability and Compliance & Internal Investigations practice groups. She is known for being a passionate advocate for good governance and sustainability. She also has extensive experience in sustainable financing with in-depth knowledge of payment services regulation including PSD2. Her industry passion lies in Fintech.

Hanna-Mari Manninen regularly advises leading corporations and financial institutions, including their boards, on corporate governance, compliance and sustainability, often in the context of significant corporate transactions, crisis management or regulatory matters.

Career

In addition to her legal expertise, Hanna-Mari Manninen is an experienced member and chairman of boards and general meetings of companies and other organizations. Currently, she serves also as a vice chairman of the board for FINCI, the Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports and a member of the board of UN Women Finland.
